"TGCCB took this reader back to his high school drafting class of 1979, now that’s dating myself, particularly the part about the importance and function of a blueprint. It’s absolutely fascinating how one well designed schematic shapes the creation of a massive structure. This is precisely what the Author accomplishes in a single well-thought-out endeavor, backed by a history of passion and experience. As a church Team Lead of 100 volunteers, reading the book’s 45 pages and 5 purpose steps, combined with Bryan’s 30 years of ministry, proved time well spent. Just a few gems brought out, which I am still digesting are: “Culture… a story your church tells without speaking”, “Before Jesus ever speaks about influence, He describes presence”, “Impact begins before instruction”, and “Become a detective of your own environment”. I must admit that parts of the book were convicting, particularly the worksheet’s checklists. My confession as a reviewer is that I enjoy the privilege of knowing the Author personally. The ebook has further boosted my gratitude in being able to labor alongside Bryan, and partner with him along life’s journey. All of us great and small, as followers of Jesus are leaders in the Kingdom. When it comes to Church culture, we can all benefit when we read, write, model, practice, reinforce, and reinforce again, these principles until the perfect Day comes and The Daystar arrives!"
